I think this is a great spooky-season pick that is basically a slightly darker version of Glass Onion. A movie that makes fun of rich people, made by rich people, featuring rich people, that is happy to relate to poor people and take our money.

I thought this movie was hilarious, especially to start, with Nicholas Hoult being the star. Everything he said killed me. I also loved the food critic and the way she talked about food. I have mixed feelings about fine dining as art, but the way she talked about it made me laugh.

I thought this movie got a little preachy, a little "how do you do, fellow poor people?" at times. Yeah we get it, cheeseburgers are delicious. But do you know what else is delicious? Expensive food made by talented cooks! But the scary, twisted elements were all pretty solid, and although this movie gets super weird and nonsensical, it totally gets away with it because this movie is essentially a comedy.

So yeah, obviously not for everyone, but pretty tame for "horror" and plenty entertaining.
