A Rule Against Murder - Louise Penny

My first book of 2022, and the fourth book in the Inspector Gamache series! The Gamaches are relaxing at their fvourite auberge with a rich and secretive family who turns out to be the family of their friend Peter Morrow, there for a family reunion. But then one of the siblings is killed, and Gamache is there to do his job!
This is the first book in the series that doesn't take place in Three Pines, although it does involve a few characters from there. It's a bit more contained, as not all the villagers are included, and the new setting was refreshing. I liked the main theme of appreciating what you have and not wishing for what you don't. Gamache continues to be his upstanding and kind self, and we learn more about the Morrows. I found the conclusion and resolution a bit disappointing in this one, and not as strong as the others, but it was still great.
