J Cole - The Off-Season

⭐ 9.0/10

This is definitely my favourite Cole album. The beat selection, the flows, the lyricism, the features (about time, Mr Cole) are all top tier. This album is J Cole at the top of his game, and I’m absolutely loving it.

However, this still isn’t a perfect album. I did not enjoy 100 mil as much as some of the other songs, and I found J Coles flow on Pride is the Devil to be really awkward (also, Amine used the beat a lot better on Can’t Decide). Both of these songs are still enjoyable, but just aren’t on the same level as the other songs.

Apart from the two mentioned above, I thought this was a very consistently great album. It makes me very excited to see what Cole has got for us in the future!
