Six of Crows - Leigh Bardugo

⭐ 7.5/10

(Originally written by Benjamin)

Can I just say that the book itself looks really good? It's black with red on the ends of the pages and it has a nice visual theme throughout, it's beautifully dark.

I can relate to what Kathy and Maggie already mentioned, I found it slow to start but it definitely picked up after that. It is ridiculous how young the characters are supposed to be, and it ended up being a fun story (with a bit of a dark feel to it). The setting is dark and grimy and some violent stuff happens, but the character interactions are funny (kind of like Guardians of the Galaxy maybe).

Once 'the heist' was on it's way I just wanted to keep reading.

I'm already starting on the next book!
