Mank

I mean I feel like this was a good movie but I had a hard time following and I didn’t get all that drawn into it. I think the scene of Mank and Miriam walking around the Hearst Estate is amazing.

It’s definitely packed with Old Hollywood Glamour and names I’d heard before and I’m very glad we watched it, because it certainly seems like a movie made for awards season and now I’ve seen it. As much as I feel like I’d get more out of a second viewing I don’t really want to watch it again.

Honestly I loved the story and sets mostly cuz of Tim and I’s visit to Hearst castle—so fun to imagine the parties and see them come to life.

Shout out to Lily Collins who I think is a pretty terrible actress who was actually lovely in this, A+ British accent!
