It’s A Wonderful Life

This movie is long, and I honestly wasn’t really feeling it this year. Man, am I glad my sister forced us back into this Christmas Eve tradition. This movie is incredible. Heartwarming, funny, charming and meaningful. It’s a powerful reminder of how our lives touch the lives of others, often in ways we can’t fathom.

James Stewart is amazing, everyone in this movie is amazing, and it’s truly hard to fathom that this film was made in 1946 and still holds up SO WELL.

I think all this reviewing has helped me realize something about myself—I love movies that make me feel something. This film certainly ticks that box and I’ve never made it through a viewing without crying my eyes out at the final scene.

A truly perfect Christmas movie. Let the tradition continue.
