I'd been wanting to watch this movie since I listened to the same pod that Tim did saying this was the best movie of the 2010s. I can't say I agree, but I do think it was awesome. The fact that I was super invested in a movie where you are kinda rooting against the main character is pretty impressive. The three main characters all felt really fleshed out and realized, and I thought Armie Hammers characters were really funny.

Most of the humor otherwise didn't really land for me, especially in the first half where it mostly felt like I was watching Gilmore Girls. I think this is partly due to not being a fan of Eisenberg, though I do think he did a good job portraying a really strange dude. I thought there were some clever moments to be sure, and I thought the idea of Zuckerberg admiring Sean Parker, who the audience is made to hate, was pretty brilliantly done. I also was pretty impressed how prescient the whole thing was as I don't think Facebook had half the bad PR they have now.
