Mockingjay - Suzanne Collins

⭐ 9.5/10

Although I didn’t like this one as much as the first two, I have come to appreciate the complexity and messiness of the story. Trying to be the face of a rebellion meanwhile dealing with so many inner demons and ghosts.

The Peeta bit really hit hard and then Prim’s arc just sent me over the rails 😭 but it was *somewhat* redeeming when Coin and Snow both met their ends.

I didn’t love the epilogue either, but I understand where she was going with it. This series is just so near and dear to me, I’m so glad I reread it.
